All proposals consistent with the 2017 State Master Plan will be considered as possible nominees for the PPL 32 evaluation process. A lead agency will be assigned to each nominated project to develop fact sheets after the meetings. If you would like guidance on the development of projects that are consistent with the 2017 State Master Plan, please contact Kent Bollfrass of the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) by email at kent.bollfrass@la.gov.

RPT Presentation Requirements:
Proposal presentations must be less than five minutes in length and all PowerPoint slide presentations must be no more than five slides. To smoothly operate in the virtual setting, those who wish to secure a spot on the agenda for their project proposal can fill out the PPL 32 project nomination form located in the announcements section at

and send it to Alice.P.Kerl.@usace.army.mil by 1 February 2022.

Though not required, fact sheets and presentations are recommended to accompany your nomination form. Any factsheets submitted by the deadline will be posted online for reference during the meetings. PowerPoint presentations will be accepted up to 8 a.m. the day of the meeting and must be sent to Alice.P.Kerl.@usace.army.mil

* Note: Please present proposed construction cost including contingency in $5M range increments: $0-$5M, $5M-$10M,etc. It is also recommended that proposals include a project vicinity map.
